  • Leisa Ballard lit a candle on 10/19/2017:
"I am so sad to hear that Bev has passed, and that her last months were difficult. I worked with her for many years and her passion, commitment and dedication to the children, families and social workers in BC was remarkable. She supported workers without pause and was a role model of excellence. She will be forever missed and never forgotten."

  • Andrea Langevin (Franco) lit a candle on 10/16/2017:
"I am so very sad to hear that Bev has passed. I didn't know her very well, but I knew she cared about her family. She was interesting, intellegent and funny. I'm so very sorry. Andrea"

  • Joy Leslie lit a candle on 10/20/2017:
"Bev was our cousin, uncle Bill's eldest daughter. Uncle Bill lived with our parents for a few years and he was so proud of his girls. Both Bev and Joann were caring women, personally and professionally. Bev was loved and respected. Joy Leslie ( her Aunt Elma Christie's (Kerr ) daughter )"

"I met Bev through her dear friend Carole Wood, who was my sister-in-law. I really enjoyed Bev's keen insight and her gentle way of sharing her opinion. I was always impressed by her strong sense of justice for others, especially children. Bev's love for her family, especially her beloved nieces, was lovely to behold. The world's light is a little dimmer since the light in Bev's eyes was turned down. "
